Abstract
Technological advances in developing countries have resulted in demographic and epidemiological transitions marked by lifestyle changes and the growing prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). This transition occurs due to changes in socio-economic, environmental, and changes in population structure. When people have adopted unhealthy lifestyles, such as smoking, lack of physical activity, foods high in fat and calories, and alcohol consumption are suspected risk factors for PTM.
