Abstract: Additives are substances that are added to food during the production, packaging, or storage process for a specific purpose. The addition of additives in food is based on the consideration that the quality and stability of the food are maintained and to maintain the nutritional value that may be damaged or lost during processing. Generally, natural additives do not cause side effects that endanger human health. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Adolescents About the Effect of Addictive Substances on Reproductive Health in Dusun III, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2020. This research was conducted from March to August with a population of 150 and a sample of 60 respondents as well as taking The sample used a simple random sampling technique. This research is descriptive-analytic. The results showed that the majority of respondents who affected addictive substances were 43 respondents (71.7%) and the minority had no effect on addictive substances as many as 17 respondents (28.3%). the majority of respondents with poor knowledge were 44 addictive respondents (73.3%) and the minority of respondents with good knowledge were 16 respondents (26.7%). The majority of positive respondents were 13 respondents (21.7%) and the minority of negative respondents were 47 addictive respondents (78.3%). From the results of statistical tests, it was found that the Odds Ratio (OR) value = 0.047 95% CI = 0.047-0493 and P-value 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between knowledge on the effect of addictive substances on reproductive health. From the results of statistical tests, it is obtained that the Odds Ratio (OR) value = 2,245. 95% CI = 2,245-27,936 and P-value 0,002 <0,05, which means that there is a relationship between attitudes towards the influence of addictive substances on adolescent reproductive health.

Abstrak: Zat aditif adalah zat-zat yang ditambahkan pada makanan selama proses produksi, pengemasan atau penyimpanan untuk maksud tertentu. Penambahan zat aditif dalam makanan berdasarkan pertimbangan agar mutu dan kestabilan makanan tetap terjaga dan untuk mempertahankan nilai gizi yang mungkin rusak atau hilang selama proses pengolahan. Umumnya zat aditif alami tidak menimbulkan efek samping yang membahayakan kesehatan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Remaja Tentang Pengaruh Zat Adiktif Terhadap Kesehatan Reproduksi Di Dusun III Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Maret sampai Agustus dengan populasi 150 dan sampel 60 responden serta pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple Random sampling.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas respoden yang berpengaruh zat adiktif  sebanyak 43 responden (71,7%) dan minoritas tidak berpengaruh zat adiktif sebanyak 17 responden( 28,3%). mayoritas respoden yang berpengetahuan kurang baik  sebanyak  44  responden  adiktif ( 73,3%) dan minoritas responden berpengtahuan baik sebanyak 16 responden (26,7%). mayoritas respoden yang bersikap Positif sebanyak 13 responden (21,7%) dan minoritas responden yang bersikap  Negatif sebanyak 47 responden  adiktif ( 78,3%). Dari hasil uji statitik diperoleh nilai Odds Ratio (OR) = 0,047. 95% CI = 0,047-0493 dan P value 0,003< 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap pengaruh zat adiktif terhadap Kesehatan Reproduksi. Dari hasil uji statitik diperoleh nilai Odds Ratio (OR) =2,245. 95%  CI = 2,245-27,936 dan P value 0,002< 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara sikap terhadap pengaruh zat adiktif terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja.
